3rd Managing inquires & Showing your rental
There will be inquiries from potential tenants once your rental is being advertised. It’s essential to be able to respond quickly to these inquiries, be able to answer their questions, and then arrange a time to show the rental. I specialize in rentals and work full time so this is part of the job for me; once we meet you’ll see that I am the best person to properly represent you and your property to get the best tenant possible for your rental. Once we meet we can discuss specific showing instructions that best suit you.
4th Screening and processing of each applicant
Each applicant who decides to apply for your rental will fill out a rental application and go through a credit and background screening process. I use the NTN software which is a 3rd party software that fairly and properly processes each tenant’s application for landlords and agents to make a proper decision. 5th Lease signing
Once an application is accepted we arrange to have a lease signing. I will type a formal lease that best fits the rules and regulations of your rental. It’s that easy!
